Refund policy

Within 30 days of Purchase

Gold Jewelry: Could be exchanged by either Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item the same purchase value. Cash or credit refund is only in case of manufacturing defects.

Diamond Jewelry: Could be exchanged with a diamond jewelry Or Gift Voucher item with the same purchase value. Cash or credit refund only in case of manufacturing defects.

After 30 Days and within 1 Year of Purchase

Gold Jewelry: Could be exchanged by either for Gold, Diamond or Gift Voucher item after deduction making charges, Stone weight and 1 EGY per gram from the prevailed Gold rate at same day.

Diamond Jewelry: Could be reshaped upgraded with another diamond jewelry after deducting 10% from purchase value, in case of selling the item 25% is deducted from the original Purchase Value. 

Eligibility for returned items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or original invoice or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds for defective items
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
